WHY THIS JOB IS IMPORTANT
Nuvola is built with the Symfony framework and so it’s a vital part of our software. Since 2013 we’ve been adding functionality and continuously improve the quality of the platform. We use Symfony3 and PHP 7.1. For about a year we’ve been digging more and more in frontend technologies because we’re moving some parts, best suited to live in the client, from backend to frontend. Moreover we are developing some big mobile apps with web technologies. If you like to have your feet in both worlds, well, this is the job for you.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN ON THE JOB
Madisoft has a small but very talented team and this is for you the best to learn from high-skilled people. You’ll work, from wherever you like, with others and, thanks to adhering to agile practices on a daily basis, you’ll learn a lot. You’ll push your knowledge ahead both on the backend (PHP) side and the frontend side. Please have a look at the specific pages for more details.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be asked to develop new features completely from scratch, add functionalities to existing services and do some bug fixes. You’ll use agile tools to keep track of your tasks and you’ll be asked to participate in online calls. Pair-programming and code-reviews will be done often. You’ll use the Symfony framework and the PHP language for the backend and ES2015, SASS and React for the frontend.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a passionate developer, curious and willing to learn always something new.
We require you have both requirements of the backend (PHP) side and the frontend side. Of course we accept lower experience and skills in both sides with regards to an only backend or frontend developer.
